    Mahntexte sollte man auch am richtigen Drucker und Einzug drucken können, sowie Rechnungen, Angebote...

    Des Weiteren verstehe ich nicht, warum im Mahnwesen nicht auch die Möglichkeit besteht den Briefkopf als Wasserzeichen zu hinterlegen.

    Am besten wäre, wenn in den Einstellungen Wartung & Service - Erinnerung an fällige Wartungstermine z.B. 30 Tage, automatisch eine email oder Brief an die Kunden raus geht.

    "Ihre Wartung der Heizung ist demnächst fällig, bitte setzten Sie sich mit uns zwecks Terminvereinbarung in Verbindung......"

    Momentan telefonieren wir noch den Kunden hinterher, was tagsüber sehr mühselig ist :-), so würden die Kunden uns anrufen oder eine email schicken.
    Dies würde bei uns enorm viel Zeit einsparen, täglich ca. 4 Std.
