    wie kann ich der synchronisation von outlook auf eine email adresse zuordnen? Immerhin möchte ich den allgemeinen Kalender auf die Info Adresse setzen.

    Ich verstehe das jetzt nicht wirklich.
    Wichtig wäre, daß man bei den Projekten nicht eine freie Adresse nochmals von Hand eingibt, sondern aus dem freien Adressen Stamm eine auswählen kann.
    Es macht doch im Zeitalter der EDV keinen Sinn, dies immer wieder von Hand einzugeben, wenn die Daten in der Datenbank vorhanden sind.

    Ich habe aber nur Zusatzfelder beim Kunden. Es gibt im Projekt keine Zusatzfelder. Bei uns gibt es projektbezogene Details, die ich wesentlich eher bräuchte, als die eines Kunden. Die Projekte unterscheiden sich sehr oft doch deutlich voneinanderund brauchen mehr Zusatzinformationen.

    ich würde es begrüßen, wenn man per drag + drop mails aus dem outlook in das projekt verlinken kann.

    wir haben den freien Beleg mit dem "Nachtragsangebot" versehen. Allerdings ist es dann auch nur über freie Belege zu finden.
