    Sehr guter Vorschlag. Allerdings müsste dann auch sichergestellt werden, dass mit dem Versenden der Mail / post nicht wie jetzt gleichzeitig der wartungstermin erstellt wird! Es müsste also ein Pufferfeld geben, in dem die angeschriebenen Kunden zwischengespeichert werden (damit man auch eine Kontrolle hat, wer benachrichtigt wurde) Erst wenn dann vom Kunden eine Rückmeldung mit dem gewünschten Termin kommt, darf der wartungsauftrag erstellt werden.
    Wenn das so gelöst wird wäre das sicher für viele eine große Erleichterung.

  2. Mahnungen auch zur Bearbeitung mit dem Formulareditor anbieten.

    Kann man nur unterstützen !
    Durch diese eigentlich kleinen Mängel stellt sich ein im Kern sehr gutes und modernes Programm dann doch wieder sehr altbacken (um nicht zu sagen dilletantisch) dar. wirklich schade.

    Das gleiche Problem haben wir auch ständig mit den Bauämtern. Bitte wirklich dringend mal ändern !!!!

  5. Die Arbeitszeit - begonnen bis beendet sollte auf dem Beleg den der Kunde erhält enthalten sein.
