    Dies war bereits in ähnlicher Form in der Planung und kommt jetzt wie folgt in die Umsetzung: Wird ein Monteur zugeordnet, so bekommt auch nur dieser Monteur den Auftrag zugewiesen. 


    Wird kein Monteur zugewiesen, dann bekommen alle Monteure solche Aufträge in einem Pool übertragen und ein Monteur kann sich den Auftrag "ziehen".

    Das "mobile" Anlegen von Serviceaufträgen ist leider mit dem jetzigen Prozessablauf von Wartung & Service nur sehr schwierig umsetzbar. Hier werden wir den weiteren Verlauf dieses Wunsches beobachten und zum späteren Zeitpunkt erneut bewerten.


    Hinsichtlich des Arbeitsberichts im Serviceauftrag - diesen Wunsch gibt es bereits in einem anderen Ticket. Wir werden mit den Kollegen aus der Entwicklung Handwerk mal abstimmen, wo und wie wir die Arbeitsbeschreibung unterbringen können. Sobald es diese auch im Handwerk gibt, können wir die auch mobil umsetzen.
